Who is responsible for your information

KM Skin and Laser Clinic is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. The clinic is based at 112 Baddeley Green Lane, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST2 7HA.

What we collect

Contact and callback forms may ask for your name, phone number, email address, preferred call time and enquiry message. If you use the Book in Beautiful booking link, booking information is collected by that service under its own privacy information.

This website is not intended for medical-history submissions. Please do not send diagnoses, medication details, treatment photographs or other sensitive medical information through website forms. Suitability and clinical questions should be discussed during consultation.

Like most websites, technical information may also be processed when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and server log information.

How we use your information

We use enquiry details to respond to your message, discuss appointment options, manage callback requests and direct you to the appropriate consultation route. We may also use limited technical data to operate, secure and improve the website.

Lawful bases

Under UK data protection law, we rely on the following lawful bases: legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and operate the website; steps before entering into a contract where you ask about booking or treatment availability; and legal obligation where records must be kept or disclosed to comply with the law. Who we share information with

Website form submissions are intended to be handled through Netlify Forms after deployment. Booking links open Book in Beautiful. We may also use email, hosting, security, IT support, professional advisers and regulatory services where needed to run the clinic and protect the website.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards should be used, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the enquiry, keep appropriate records and meet legal obligations. Information connected with a treatment consultation or appointment may be kept as part of clinic records under the clinic's record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information. You can also object to certain uses of your information and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights are subject to legal limits.
